  Fermentation with maceration for 7 days at controlled temperaturre (22-24° C) followed by drawing off and gentle pressing

• Maturation

  8-12 months in French oak Tonneau

  Ruby red

• Aromas

  Pronounced aromas of red fruit, especially cherry and a light note of marasca with hints of spices and undergrowth

• Taste

  Elegant, pleasant, with a good balance between acidity, sapidity and extracts. Soft tannins allow a long and pleasant finale
