750 ML. 75% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petit Verdot
The core of the 2002 Reserve Merlot blend consists of several lots from the Carneros region of Napa Valley as well as a nice one from just south of Yountville, both in the cooler, fog-influenced southern end of the valley. We included a good helping of Cabernet Sauvignon to add some complexity and dimension to the wine’s structure. A great vintage, the wines from 2002 have a rich, concentrated structure and dark fruit flavors.
